it exist but no one can prove it 100%, 1-8 year range, 15-25 year range, no manager back cover, or department merge. Those are is the element of the spread sheet. You don't have to believe this but if you believe this you know what to do to advoid it. I still with this company , not happy like before but the Hr manager do have their own formula,
