Two weeks ago your CEO promised no additional layoffs before year end. The separation agreement is on my coffee table. Merry Christmas. Does this generation of Folletts require integrity and accountability of those who run your company? Or are the Follett Values now just a b---s--- reminder of years past?

Family members are all over the Follett leadership and board of directors. They see what's happening to the company and yet do nothing about it. All the expense cuts and employee cuts are so Ray can hit his bonus number and the shareholders can get their payout. All at the expense of future growth and employees who have families to feed.
Ray, you really don't need that yacht you've got your eye on. Save it for real growth. In the meantime, our families need to eat.
He is a Litzinger but as much of a Follett as Britten's just without the last name. There are other family members in management at FHEG and FSS...PU, AS, KP, MF and there are others not in management to.
Todd is a Litzinger. he is the chairman of the board. He doesn't correspond. I've tried. He went to TCU, so I assume he knows how to write but he chooses not to write.

Follett values failed last year when hr tried to bring it back. They let go people on salary and years. A manager of 20 years is more expensive than a director of 2. They lose the knowledge and rebuild things from scratch because the new hires don't know who to go to or how it was done in the past
Todd is a Follett and has been here for a long time. Why not ask him in your open letter? He's a lot closer to the top level individuals than Britten is.
The CEO actually said we are cutting the 401k for all employees so that we don't have to lay off any employees.
Every Follett family shareholder is involved in the layoffs. They mandate dividend payments, even when their investment is poorly performing because of the industry. Perhaps they are withdrawing as much cash as possible knowing the end is a few years away. There is no buyer for Follett as they found out a couple of years ago, so this is likely a cash grab on the way out.
Britten is the Follett's Ivanka. Pretty. Complicit. Don't be so quick to let her off the hook.
I was let go a few years ago, don't think Follett owes you anything. Those who make the decisions see you as a salary or are threatened by you. Do yourselves a favor update your resumes and keep your eyes open. There is life after Follett.
Oh PAH-lease! You weren't crying for all the employees let go a few years ago when "no layoffs" were coming but you still had you job. All in or all out, otherwise it is selfishness.
