Suggest we mobilise a task force - take them on tour, we need a group of men who lead by example, men who understand the ways, Legends and Heros ........... we need the nichtshift

You have a good idea,morale is low because we don't have leaders all what we have now are managers (robots) and majority without any leadership abilities. Leaders are born not made in BS schools or in BHI 1000 leadership training's. If they don't trust and help each other than the customers can't trust them. Less likely that any GE manager will take the risk to go ahead with this team without a 'deep screening '.
