Yes. It has to do with Target buying the Dallas Stars and moving them back to play in the Target center and the Minnesota North Stars.
It's very straight forward and widely known inside TGT. Pretty clear that the posters here have no inside knowledge of the happenings at Target.
I assumed it was in reference to their staff quitting and relocatting to Texas like the hockey team....

Vaguely, I've heard it described as a growth strategy. Don't know specifics, but have heard some sr leaders shared out 'safe' messages about it to teams. Anyone else heard more?
