All of you will not even make it to your 8 year mark with CHK they will eventually get rid of you. I see it time and time again.
It's clear that the insecure ranter works in whatever group plans and organizes all of the time wasters like the summit and tree lighting ceremony. Please calm down and understand that the rest of us have real work to do and more value to create. It's "Done more, doing more, more to do." Not "Wasted more, wasting more, more to waste."
I agree it was just a Town hall on crack. They don't have to "sell" Chesapeake to employees. We already work here.

Maybe I'm wrong though, you sound pretty dam smart. You could actually be God reincarnated. I bet you filled out the quiz, got every question correct and didn't even look at a poster. You are so knowledgable on oil and as that you could make us profitable at $10 oil but choose not to so we can all learn the hard way. We should have made your face the logo. We don't need a Board with your expertise. You wrote the manual on fracking. You can look at the ground and accurately predict how much oil/gas is sub surface. You granted the college you attended a degree. You once stopped speeding bullet with your bare hands.
