If you really believe Ponca will dry up in a few years without Smith, then moving to Houston would be a good move for you. They could use more people with that kind of thinking down there. The same thing was said when Conoco downsized and Ponca is still here. And it will be here long after you move.

moving to H-town was the right move, O&G will pick up if the OPEC deal works out and other companies will start hiring pretty soon. Ponca will become a ghost town in few years.
