There were several groups touring EC 4 from COP. That is the empty building. It was high level people, not maintenance.

What will the they do with that awful place Bartlesville! Probably just let it set empty like Ponca City!
The letter today announced we are moving to EC 4 in about a year. What will they do with the original campus? Sell?

It's because the COP Houston headquarters is moving to EC4. According to RL the relocation is expected to begin in mid-2018 following the interior build out at EC4.
Checking to make sure the windows don't open. The soon to be announced major layoff of Houston staff, although highly anticipated by workers worldwide, will be highly shocking to the chosen throngs who thought they were untouchable.
It sounds like we're finally getting ready to move tasks from Bartlesville.
