Been with organization nearly 15 years, and with 3 other lending institutions total. Fantastic leadership, forward thinking and always trying to help the customer succeed financially with a primary, 2nd home or investment property. Pay and benefits are solid. In regards to layoffs, in our side of business it is part of culture. Forecasting is challenging, and staffing for it worse. You get it right 15% of time, and on either side of curve your either trying to hire and train as volume increases or needing to balance staff in a increasing rate environment. Best company I have been with!
