I'm done with working here. Two years ago, service was great. I had a great VP who really knew his stuff and I learned a lot from. We were growing and it was exciting. The team felt like a team.
The last year has been all downhill. Half the VP's are gone and the ones that are here are a joke. No one does anything but try to cover their butt. You can't voice your opinion because if you are seen as not "on board" then you are excluded and blackballed. There is no one leading Managed Services or Projects in service anymore. Field Service is an absolute joke. Total lack of management and the FE's I talk to have no interest in doing the job anymore. They have zero respect their VP and only stick around for the car. I'm pretty sure there are layoffs coming as the new Atrion people are folded in.
I give up. There is only so much crap you can take for so long. Working hard is great. Working for people that are in jobs well above their capability s---s. I learned all I could here a long time ago. I'm waiting for the end of the year and leaving before things get worse, if that is even possible.
So to the OP, fire away. Let's hear what you think is the dirt. Because I don't think it can be much worse than the reality of a bunch of so-called VP's that lack management skills in a company that encourages people to not take chances and to look out for CYA not doing the right thing.
