Does anyone know what the student and teacher numbers are the teach out schools? Is this list correct for the Art Institutes undergoing teach outs and heightened cash monitoring ?

It sounds like EDMC is on radio silence. I emailed Ernst & Young to see if they are still the auditors for EDMC and they wouldn't comment. Now that's crazy.
I find it hard to believe that EDMC has the money to pay the $85M fine to the US government and the $103 million they owe to the states.
If EDMC can't pay, is KKR liable, or can KKR just take all the assets and leave the liabilities for someone else to deal with?
Can individuals be held responsible if EDMC can't pay?
Good luck getting anyone to post these numbers. It's a walking on eggshells environment at this point. At least with the HR generalists being laid off you don't have to work in the same building as the corporate hit men.
