The oil industry will never be back to where it was, look at the number of electric cars now being sold, bit of a clue but NOV are so wrapped up in themselves and paying themselves big bonuses etc, they can't see it. Greengate is suffering because of NOV, they dint know what to do with us. Meanwhile, all the good guys with experience disappear and find jobs with companies who plan for the future, not just the next few months. Greengate will see more job losses, that's a fact and I know because I have seen the plans. Over the next few months, you will see people leaving to get better jobs. Remember, people don't leave the job, they leave to get away from bad management, something which we have in bucket loads at NOV. Consider the mixer business, how much work does that actually put into the factory, not that much and how much effort is being put into this loss making part of the Greengate business, make you think?
