I know Oct 9 2019 , I been there with the company for 17 years , they layoff 50 people even me . The package s— a well ,you just a number men . I move on with a different company that pay better and I want to thank God that he help though it .

The oil industry will never be back to where it was, look at the number of electric cars now being sold, bit of a clue but NOV are so wrapped up in themselves and paying themselves big bonuses etc, they can't see it. Greengate is suffering because of NOV, they dint know what to do with us. Meanwhile, all the good guys with experience disappear and find jobs with companies who plan for the future, not just the next few months. Greengate will see more job losses, that's a fact and I know because I have seen the plans. Over the next few months, you will see people leaving to get better jobs. Remember, people don't leave the job, they leave to get away from bad management, something which we have in bucket loads at NOV. Consider the mixer business, how much work does that actually put into the factory, not that much and how much effort is being put into this loss making part of the Greengate business, make you think?

After the meeting yesterday . I've heard that we are going to be that busy . Next year the management are looking at bringing some of the lads back . They layed off . So they don't have to learn them the job . They all ready know it . Makes sense to me some good lads and bad lads got layed off. Father Christmas hohoho.
