This situation is standard. Avaya cannot pay the debt. Nobody are going to spend 6B USD in Avaya whole business. Nobody are going to pay more than 2B for Contact Center (the only profitable BU). Solution: Chapter 11: Restructuring the debt, get cash for severance package and sell CC. Be patient. This can happen at the end of 2017.

Agree. No announcement because nothing to announce. Internally generated rumours. Bankruptcy is only way this one's going to end.
