Consider the positives about relocating to OKC:
Housing is cheaper as compared to Bay Area.
OKC is in the middle of the country, one can travel to the East Coast or West Coast within a couple of hours.
Dallas International Airport Is close by.
Good place to retire after one finishes his/her career at Seagate.
No one in SB even comes to work. It's a ghost town.
OKC = Sh--hole where nobody from Scotts Valley would choose to move too!
OKC is Oklahoma City
If they try to force relocation offer from SV to OKC, I think they could almost guarantee almost 100% rejection of said offer and most of those folks would take RIF packages (and devastate the Global IT support ability).
