Employees in SVA received email from CIO (most left in SVA are IT) confirming that Lease will not be renewed on last SVA Bldg in May 2017. No specific relocation or facilities known. HR/Facilities beginning planning process soon,

Consider the positives about relocating to OKC:

Housing is cheaper as compared to Bay Area.

OKC is in the middle of the country, one can travel to the East Coast or West Coast within a couple of hours.

Dallas International Airport Is close by.

Good place to retire after one finishes his/her career at Seagate.

If they try to force relocation offer from SV to OKC, I think they could almost guarantee almost 100% rejection of said offer and most of those folks would take RIF packages (and devastate the Global IT support ability).
