2 weeks pay for each year of service, max 40 weeks. 3 months of Cobra and $1000 for outplacement

Package has not changed since LSI days. Why worry ? Hardly any layoffs. Broadcom has started hiring again.

Is the standard salary of 2-month + 1 week per year of tenure still offered? How about early vesting of RSUs? Extension of benefits?
