Intel had the virtuous cycle the last decade and turned it into process leadership. The arrogance and incompetence of the past few years has resulted in loss of the virtuous cycle and ugly ACTs are coming in 2017 and 2018 that will make the dram days of intel look like good times!

Intel will not have the funds to ramp 10nm. Wait and see. In 2017 Intel's customers will be ramping new technology to replace Intel servers and other products...
