Yes if you want to stay at Noble you had better start kissing some serious a. S----ups and a kissers is what they really want. They don't want anyone who has a brain and can think on their own. Not really concerned about your competence either... just how well you can s----up. This is one of the reasons Noble has performed so poorly in comparison to it's peers. Anyone with a brain has either left or been laid-off.

Aren't dividends supposed to entice and keep investors around? Why then is our stock down after announcing the dividend. Also aren't they taxed at regular income tax rates vs capital gains tax? Wouldn't you as an investor care more about higher stock prices thus hoping for reinvestment and smarter management decisions to drive up stock prices?

I cant even imagine what it might be like to earn a 100,000/year, let alone multi millions. I need to start kissing some a** so I can move up. I am not qualified to run Noble either but it seems like they don't care if you are competent or qualified. Here hoping that I can be as dumb and lucky as the mgt. at Noble!!!

All upper mgmt, complexly and completely s--- at their function. A blue collar, uneducated person could do better. I bet my dividend.

what a JOKE, it will give me a few more weeks on mac&cheese when my paltry severance runs out

Did you see Susan at the town hall getting all emotional when layoffs were discussed. I feel sooo sorry for her and her multi million $$$ total compensation when she was the architect behind the majority of Noble's failures.

Total crock of S%^T. I hope karma finds ALL of the SVP's in due course
