Very recently, an update was rolled out to out computers. Probably still not there on some. They are running McAfee DLP (data loss prevention). Look it up. It scans everything and watches what you do with any content considered sensitive. It will try to prevent data from getting out if possible, and save evidence while reporting the incident. Assume they are watching email content such as copying and pasting into this website.
Strongly suggest any managers sharing to this site use their mobile device to copy and paste the content. No McAfee big brother software running on mobiles yet as far as I can tell.
