Thread regarding HCSC (Health Care Service Corporation) layoffs

Outsourcing

Yes, they are cheaper, work around the clock, no holidays, paid vacation, zero benefits, most of the time they are younger, inexperienced a/or foreign.

Quality of service means nothing in a world of convenience. I don't want to ever hear anybody in this world complain about customer service, and how awful it is ever again (yet they will continue).

I understand everybody has to eat, and they need jobs too. What I need to understand is how this supposed to help the economy if "All" the full time workers, whom work hard for their money, and don't mind doing it because of their integrity could possibly put money back into the economy w/o a freakin full time job, making a decent wage, with benefits, and possibly, and after all the hard work, have a nest egg.. and still put money back into the economy.

ACA- great program- Bad timing, and was not thought out thoroughly.. this is the reason why everybody in the US will lose their jobs to outsourcing. Companies will not have to match or provide benefits, and instead of BCBS pulling out of the Exchange, they are trying to show face, and keep it going, even though it is a sinking ship, and will get worse even when Hillary is in office, and yes she will keep it going.

This is the reason why the company is outsourcing, but the all the Executives stay. The last CEO jumped ship with an $8Mill bonus.. Took her money and ran.. They still get their bonuses that I am sure they could have put that money back into what was lost, and still be able to keep afloat, and save the jobs of their workers.. I am pretty sure, the workers would have understood, and been thankful they still got jobs. Even a pay cut would have been suitable, which they would have been able to keep their jobs.. but not to have a job at all, and it's being given to somebody else... THAT IS BULLSHIT!

They could get rid of interior design crew who spent money on treadmills for user to walk while they work. A treadmill is worth more then the American worker.

They want to blame ACA. But really it is the CEO's that failed. ACA was a little more challenging than they were capable of managing and they took the easy way out. Success at all cost.
