What locations are being affected the most?
According to unemployment, the comparable opportunity has to be within the same company or it's subsidiaries, not out at a totally different company.
Actually, if your job is eliminated and you offered a comparable opportunity and refuse, you are ineligible for unemployment.
Someone didn't do their homework here. If your job has been eliminated you are ALWAYS eligible for unemployment, no ifs, ands, or buts.
CSC is horrible
People offered positions with CSC have two options:
- Accept the offer from CSC.
OR
- Your job has been eliminated and you are ineligible for severance or unemployment.
