We believed that new leadership will bring changes. And changes we got. The 70% of HCSC's IT Infrastructure workforce will be laid off, jobs going off-shore. And as if staying without a job is not humiliating enough, the ones leaving will probably be forced to train their own replacements. Shame on you, Steiner and co.

The good and the bad with training the foreign workforce at HCSC. Even though we are training them, because they are so young and inexperienced they are still dropping the ball. The new HCL service desk roll-out has been a complete fiasco - when users call the help desk, the people on the help desk ask you who they should send the ticket to. The new Service Now ticketing system is now referred to internally as the SNOW JOB.
The company spokesman claims that current workers are not retraining the "vendor partners" but are providing "knowledge transfer" before being forced out.
Yes going to be like Disney. Let's hope they we give the laid off workers severance or they are going to to really stick it to us and American families
Looks like this month we will be training our new foreign workers with all of my 20 years of knowledge for free. Wow I wish I had that type of education program. Sad days because this is end of American IT workers. As the politicians say, "we are replacing jobs that nobody wants or their not enough workers". These politicians and CEO's are so far up on their high horse, they have no idea what they are doing to the American worker and America. Sad days ahead.
