Does anyone have the document that HR has you sign when you are RIFed? The document you must sign to get the severance package?

It has an agreement not to share it with anyone but spouse or lawyer. Don't sign it and you don't get severance payments. Publicly sharing the document means the company can sue to have you pay them back any severance you got. You need someone who got it but don't wanna sign to share it.
