Is everyone getting the same severance? Directors, Sr. Directors, Manager etc. Has anyone attempted negotiating more?

The thing to do is that if you are 99.9% sure you are
going to get RIF'd and know the day, get ahold of an
attourny and have him send HR a letter stating any
papers to be signed upon your exit from the company
go thru them.
That way you can negotiate more favorable terms.
So what is your negotiating position, "Give me more severance or a I quit!"?
even people that were previously re-hired from a previous RIF were still let go
severance was what they said it would be - one week for every year worked and health insurance is included in the package. They pay your unused vacation quickly. I got the vacation pay on Friday and was RIFFed on the previous Wednesday. I felt they were fair.
Ask Trump how to do it. He's the bigshot who can negotiate anything.
Or is he just another puffed up a--hole from Queens? (ask any grownup from nyc)
One would first need to be in a position to negotiate
