Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

More Mind Games?

Now the idiot managers are telling their people they should feel "privileged" to be working for Intel.

In case you have not caught on by now, Indian only hire Indians they can trust and are not as smart in order to protect their territory

I agree with the Indian manager comments. I tried really hard not to come across as racist to Intel HR/Legal, but explained in my ODI that the only 4 non-Indians in my group got ISP/IR in past 2 years. Also, only Indians were invited to be interviewed by my group. ODI denied.

Yes. Agree with the last post. In general Indian managers at Intel are ruthless beyond belief and have no problem backstabbing you, even if you have established a friendly relationship. It's like the game of Big Brother. There is nobody you can trust.

Watch your back if your manager is Indian, they will lie to you in your face, then backstabbed you without thinking twice. This happen to several people I know with ACT.

Managers are not real managers

They are all just technical soldiers

After few years without any management skills and leading skills promoted as managers with 50 to 100 people under them

Big comedy is after giving SL 4 manager arguing it's NOT below expectation

Also argued there is no layoffs at all for SL 4

One big stupidity is manager don't know percentage of people VS SSL band With respect to grade level

Totally manager is not aware of focal guidelines

Main issue manager don't have ability to evaluate and give right message to employee and map to stock level

There is no bottom to top approach to explain or convey to concerned people about this mistake

Overall weak ladder standing on strong soldiers

LOL, ISPd ppl had their chances but failed? Failed what? I got SL4 first time in 15years. Why? SLM told me that I took a bonding leave while others were working last year. God dang it. Failed? Who did really fail and waste billions of $$$$$?

That VP moron should Just eat tons of shxxxts through his smelly mouth. If God ever exists, they will get what they did and paid for such shameless attitudes. I really want to spit on his face infront of his family.

I attended via webcast a Quarterly Group Sync right after ACT announcements and the VP was justifying ISP 'no rehire' policy, saying those people 'had their chance and failed' at working at the best company in the world. No comment.
