Agree with the comment "calling or writing to compliance is useless". They do not get to the root of any complaint. Bunch of overpaid morons who cannot 'walk-it like you talk-it'. if the complaint is re an unethical big wig, rest assured it is swept under the carpet
The same thing is happening in Dubai. NOV fired bigwigs for unethical practices and the new lot is doing the exact same. Hiring practices have gone to the dogs. We have a new hire who got fired for unethical practices and now re-hired for more money in a senior capacity. I am staying put so I will get a payout and I know many who are doing the same. Calling or writing to compliance is useless since is like looking up and spitting so a few of us are waiting to tell all very soon when we are paid off!
0 ethics + 0 integrity = NOV employee for life. They are actually rehiring people who were fired for breaching ethical standards! Get me out of here please. will not quit cos' that means no payout.
