Everyone knows that R&D is one of the first things they shut down and bad times! It will be several years before this is over so when they resume R&D I'm sure it will be in Houston .

COP is a dying company without much more to sell. To make it worse, they have laid off most of their innovators because they would not sacrifice their integrity to keep their positions!
