It is not just OWM, it is anyone old. ACT was skewed toward older, higher compensated people, male or female alike. And Intel is not unique. Unless you have a hot, in-demand technical certification or skill, the job marketplace is not your friend after 50.

Absolutely correct. There is a clear discriminatory trend going on and getting worse in Intel.
