I can not believe that the company will not pay to send the apprentices to college. Come on you have just paid enhanced redundancy packages to people over 20 years service. How much money is been spent in the quality assurance department biggest department in the office. bunch of numb skulls who don't know what measuring equipment are never mind how to use it. And don't get me started on them two knackers from osbornes one operations manager who is more bothered about closing the canteen and people having a cuppa than getting work in.
