I just hope I come out of the front end and not the back end during the Purge. I don't want to be floating around with a bunch of corn and peanuts. WHAMMY :)
May the odds be ever in your favor. Or, whatever. Curiously, these layoffs haven't resulted in the cut-throat culture that I expected. The only conclusion that I can draw is that supervisors are ignorant, performance doesn't matter and everyone knows it.
Folks, COP is going to have a very, very difficult time of hanging on to people in the future, especially since all the equity funded folks are head hunting these days.
It will get worse...
You mean the quarterly purge. Get use to it
