Hello Target !! How are you all doing ?
Happened to come to this site after a long time and nothing has changed from nasty msgs perspective. Hence decided to write this post.
I was impacted by RIF exactly one year back. And I can tell you life is good beyond bullseye too.
Target is great company. These are tough times of change.
My advise .. Don't complain. Build your skills. Gain business and technology insights. Talk to friends outside Tgt to understand what's the real life out there. In my org minimal hierarchy, hands on work. Non performers get identified in matter of weeks.
So stop complaining and stop waiting for layoff. Actively look for a job outside or give 100% to your job @ TGT. Either ways you will be benefited. And YES .. All this complaining is not going to help. If you have been ear marked to let go .. Its matter of time. With or without package.
Stop talking crap about leaders. I know NK and SG personally. I am sure they are aware of challenges on the ground but limited options they have. Put yourself in their shoes and give constructive feedback and suggestions.
