PROPOSED CURRICULA - Final Modifications

Deans and Presidents,

Attached you will find program grids showing the final modifications based on the proposed curricula that you and your campuses have recently reviewed and provided feedback on. PLEASE SHARE THIS EMAIL WITH YOUR ACADEMIC DIRECTORS AND FACULTY.

Again, we would like to acknowledge and thank all of our faculty and academic staff that took time and responded to this important review. We received great feedback from both campus review cycles and carefully read and reviewed all comments. The changes implemented represent trends and overarching concerns of multiple campuses, items that were consistent in nature, and changes that aligned with the development of a national model.

Note that only the 3x5 grids are attached as we are still working with 4x4 campuses to modify final grids for those campuses. A summary of changes is provided on each curriculum grid as well as at the bottom of this page. Syllabi for these programs are still being revised by various groups and will be posted and sent separately as soon as they are complete. If there is an immediate need for something let me know.

Thank you again for your time and input and please let me know if you have any questions regarding these materials.

Steve

The only reason why some of you losers are still working for EDMC/Ai is because you have no other real life skill, other than to dupe young impressionable people into financial ruin! Enjoy trying to seek employment with EDMC/Ai on your resume! It has been known HR departments in the industry are taking notice to ex-EDMC applicants. And if you take it out, enjoy explaining the gap on your resume as well! You're all phucked!!!!!!!!!!

what a joke!!!! This is all part of the shell game that EDMC is famous for! Instead of fixing the broken programs they have, programs that graduate students who can't get employed, or get them jobs they could have gotten with out the worthless degree. I had to really laugh when they were offering a creative writing degree. Half the loser employees left there can't even creatively or properly write!!! lol

This reminds me of when we had a training on the EDMC's Business Code of Ethics. In the meantime, back in Admissions, ADAs are being pulled into back offices and threatened with termination if they dont hit their new student plans and instructors are pulled into similar hostile offices pressured to alter grades to "keep the loans in seats." Those who don't comply are terminated through a series of ugly HR maneuvers. As for the "Creative Warriors," disabled veterans is more like it. Look at the stats. Stop lying. Stop pretending. DOE and DOJ, do your job!

I meant to say develop the curriculum- (not the feedback)

This makes me laugh. I worked at an Ai but don't any longer. The curriculum is developed by a small group of people then "shared" with the faculty and AD's who have a brief period of time to "provide feedback". It's a joke and not in compliance with the regional accrediting bodies who require that the faculty develop the feedback. LOL- I'm so glad I got out of there. I can read from this post that nothing has changed. EDMC is still the same old farce.

This is a private letter... if you are an employee you better watch out, you are sharing at least the cover letter of new curriculum that has not been approved or open to the public. You could be sued for this. Careful, you are sharing propraiertary company plans.

I think that's the intent. Lots of pointless nonsense to discredit the forum.
