Every one is pulling other legs and trying to escape... Taking credits.. blaming games

Sadly I was kicked to the curb by idoitic SJ State monkey.
Got my first level 4 stock in 20+ years from a new manager who didn't exactly like my style. In my exit interview he claimed "I had no ideas". Yeah really, even I knew the game after ACT.1 last year and avoided l4/5 to people at all cost. He just conveniently hit his distribution versus cared. There is little personal caring at this company these days as the situation is more than grim, it is all about themselves as the Titanic is sinking.
But lucky to make the rule of 75 and can't complain as to how generous they were while at the same time phucking me over. Got many offers from every company I interviewed. They all desperate to hire me for what I can do. Intel's loss and new employers gain.
Have to say Intel pay/ benefits were great and the job and peers will be missed. Am glad that I was forced as the OP got it right the good times are gone. Yeah pay/benefits and work can be rewarding but the ship is sinking. If you survivor the ACT1 and ACT2 you will get the goods, but if you get screwed and many will ( probably another 20-30k) you'll be out in a very cold ocean screaming for a rescue line and there will be lots of garbage and good people for the few ships that come along.
My advice, look now, find something good, TAKE IT. Or you are ready to retire or feel really lucky, LOL

When I took the VSP and retired in 2015, it was a rescue. My luxury yacht, (the USS VSP_Retirement), pulled up along side the Titanic (Intel Corp). I jumped aboard with my luggage (my 401k and rollover of my pension value) and then pushed away from the Titanic.
As I sailed away in the other direction, I looked back, and saw the Titanic heading toward the icebergs with BK at the tiller surrounded by his RCG/URM crew. All of his experienced crew were put off on lifeboats or jumped onto their own yachts. Then I heard a loud boom and then a metallic tearing sound. The Titanic began taking on water and sinking.
Did I go back to get others? No, since in there eyes, I was old and worthless (+35 years at Intel) and I had no business being on the Titanic anymore. So be it. I know when I am not wanted anymore.
As I sailed on, the screams of the RCG's faded. I looked back one more time to see a once mighty and wondrous ship rear up and then crack in two and slip below the icy waves. Just like other ships such as the USS DEC, the USS IBM, and the USS Kodak.
So here I sit, on my yacht, with all the food and fuel I need for the rest of my life. Enjoy the icy water RCGs. All the lifeboats are full and the other veteran crew's yachts have sailed away.
Stay at that tiller wheel, BK. The bridge's windows should break at any moment.
Ha. Must be an interesting last voyage for the good ship Intel. Glad I got off that ship while still afloat.
