perhaps incredibly poor performance is being "rewarded"?
I'm scratching my head why the MCBU VP and two out of three Asset Managers are leaving the MCBU so soon. The VP and one of the asset managers have only been in their role for about one year (since the last round of layoffs). Does anyone have any insight or speculation that they would like to share?
