For those of you laughing...I would pay with one of my limbs to be present when your laughter turns to a weep, the day you realize EDMC on your resume isn't opening any doors! I wish all of you directly tied to EDMC nothing but the worst! You are worm sh--!!! I'm glad you gain satisfaction for ruining many young financial lives with your lies and deceptions! Blame your loser selves for not having a real life skill, other than to dupe innocent people who only wanted to better themselves! These defrauded students are better people than you tenfold!!!

As a few of you point out, this is not a lawsuit, but letter of demand. Some of you are also laughing this off, but it is clear that if NEIA et al don't respond in 30 days a lawsuit may be coming down the road. As 1aeb points out, this could be just the beginning. A host of similar lawsuits demanding tuition discounts, reductions, etc., might be on the way.

I think we will see MANY of these lawsuits. At AiFL a student went through the "mediation process" and was given a 50% tuition reduction. Once students figure out they can sue or mediate for discounts - that will start a trend and then they won't be able to afford to stay in business even with seemingly endless government money.
