Yes, nothing is getting sold. IP rights wont be able to raise 6 billions....Today or tomorrow avaya will be sold out....I heard that creditors may take some or all avaya. These are the creditors to whom avaya have to pay 6 billion.

Guys please don't believe in these f---ing rumours. Actually all these executive f---er are layed off from Cisco and they proof their capabilities. Such as Bangalore site executive. There's continue attrition and none of the executive have any concerns. They just want get their salaries and making other fool. Please leave as soon as you can such as other smart manager moving quickly.
Is there a timeline for the deal to get finalized? We have been seeing these go on for 5 months now but still aren't still out of the woods. Company names come and go, but no deals made. Considering that there is money to paid to PEs I'm hoping a deal gets done sooner rather than later.
Actually, nothing is confirmed although there have been offers presented to the board. Interestingly, the top contender at this time is Ericsson, which has been looking to build strength in routing, switching, and wireless. Their Cisco relationship has not proven successful, so they're bailing on that and bringing these technologies in-house. They've looked at Juniper in the past, but the price is too high.

No one is interested to buy Avaya. There may be big layoff coming soon and there is no budget for FY17.
