AMD will get market share if Zen provides decent performance at the right price point. If they meet the aforementioned criteria, it will provide serious competition and further erode market share.
What will put the icing on the cake is if some of the OEMs put Zen in established product skus that sell well at a lower price. This will be very attractive to the average customer.
Zen will put pressure on margins.
They don't need to hit top performance. They need to hit performance per dollar.
Arrogance will get you nowhere, didn't Andy teach any of the current employees anything?

More like they have it coming together. Zen isn't a threat, but we'd better take it seriously because the next product might be.
