@JflG7NA-wyv. Bravo. And yes, I know of H1Bs who got caught in ACT and since they then lose their legal status, they have had to uproot kids and spouses and head back to India. Not pretty.

H1b and immigrants are not why Intel needs to layoff nor will their preferential layoff change Intel's trajectory.

The larger issue with Intel is it is reacting too slowly and still not doing the right thing to recover. The issue is management and not immigrants.
