This is a Distributed OS question. Let's assume a world which other server side farms and devices run ARM archectuire. What are the possibilities if OS is also standardized? I.e. the Kernals are common. It changes the whole communications interface method. It seems coom on OS, or at least common Kernan holds huge promise. I used to know something about OS. But it's been 25 years +. This question arises from a previous post. I think it deserves a more focused look. So basicly one gets to a distributed node OS. Does it play in IOT. Kernal... Jocks what do u think? It also lends itself to a distributed tight security model and apps like Blockchain? Am I dreaming?
I keep thinking what VMS or RSTS could have been. I don't know enough on Andorid, but it's opened up would work?
