This does not have anything to do with closings or layoff,but I'm sure we have some long timers on here! When we sold electronics years ago we had one that had our brand name(think Kenmore, diehard craftsman) I can not for this life on me remember the name!!! Any ideas??? Just retired after 20 years and yes LXI was the name for tv's, rear projection, vcr and tv/vcr combos.

"Sears" was used some budget record players, portable radios and clock radios in the 70s.
Silvertone was used on guitars, small amps, stereo systems.
Silverstone sounds familiar probably from the 80's!! I stated in 77 and the person who asked me this was probably mid 80's

We had bought the right to the Curtis Mathis name when they went bankrupt, and had exclusive use of it. that is the only one I can remember.
That was a long time ago! Didn't they use the designation LXI?
