Feels like employees are working for free
It's strange after the layoffs so much work reallocated to us employees. There is
absolutely no hike, all the perks removed and we have to work so much extra with no appreciation
at all from senior management. At the same time the senior management
has fewer employees to deal with, they don't work extra and they get paid more.
This company is expecting us to work more and more with less and less pay.
also with perks removed we have to pay $106 per paycheck for cafeteria taxes. That
becomes $2500 per year. some may enjoy that benefit but a lot of us employees do not
eat a lot and we are ok with bringing food from home. This $2500 has become a burden
on employees now. why can't Denbury make cafeteria an option instead of forcing employees?
it feels like we are paying here to work here. at this rate more employees will leave
this company.
company wants everyone to save every dollar to survive. What about us employees? We
have lost bonuses, we have lost hikes, we are forced to pay for cafeteria food tax.
This may not be a big deal for senior management, for employees this is a huge burden
and it is becoming very hard to sustain.Every dollar for us is important too.
