I'm scared that we will not receive accreditation because our faculty is made up of professors with Argosy doctorates. Is this allowed?

"No one cares where your degree is from...." Ha,Ha, what recruiter told you that? That is in now the way how the REAL world works. A degree for Harvard, Yale or Princeton is going to open up doors no Argosy degree will ever come close to entering. Likewise, a degree from RISD or Art Center is 10 times more valuable then the Fart Institute. But don't take my word for it, just check some the the Ai propaganda about the VERY PRESTIGIOUS backgrounds some of their better instructors came from. RISD and Art Center were name dropped every day when I was there.
At most universities, teachers are called faculty at EDMC they should be called the faulty.

Look at the Culinary programs at Ai. They can't find Chefs worth a damn to teach 10 hours a week. What do they do? Hey adjunct instructors that have graduated AI a few months before, and hire them to teach their own curriculum. What a joke of a culinary education
1git, you have read writing samples from every Argosy graduate? Besides this ridiculous generalization, why did you chose to work in a school system SO FAR beneath you? The whole experience must have been SO painful for you. If you were born an idiot (yes I mean you) no degree from any institution will change that, you'll just do things like go anonymous forums and trash other people's accomplishments. Congrats to your alma matter (if you even have one) for turning out a royal jackass. Your syntax is great though.

When your degree is from Argosy you don't know what true academic work involves. I worked at EDMC and even within the system everyone knows that the degrees from EDMC schools are a joke. That is a fact. The grammar, spelling and syntax errors that an Argosy "graduate" makes are the proof. Of all the people that I know who have those degrees wouldn't make it a day in the life of a real graduate student at a top school. Maybe you worked hard but your bull sh*t degree insults the real ones.
I hope whoever is calling an Argosy degree useless has one but somehow I think these individuals are bitter and hate EDMC. I got my Bachelors Degree from a traditional university and my masters degree from argosy, got licensed and am now working in my chosen field. I felt my education at Argosy was ad equate to achieve what I set out to achieve and don't feel I would have been any better prepared for success had I gone to most traditional universities in this country. The problem with EDMC schools is they are not diploma mills because that's what they would need to be for most of their student recruits to graduate. I don't know what's going on now, apparently things have gotten bad, but do those of us who worked hard and got our degrees a favor and stop bashing them.

In a real university system a range of degrees and talents are looked for among their professors. The bios that are left at the schools are really pathetic. AI grad/Argosy MA/PHD is a joke even within EDMC.
The problem with the Argosy degrees is that they have nothing to do with what faculty teach at the Art Institutes. A faculty member teaching design with a masters in leadership is not qualified in the eyes of accreditors. The doctoral degrees in leadership are fine for deans and campus presidents but really?
As long as the accrediting agency recognizes the Argosy system, then yeah nothing to be concern about (anyone wanna phone them to confirm?)
HAHAHAHAHAHA! NO ONE respects bogus Argosy "degrees". EDMC only used Argosy to dodge funding regulations. "Leadership" degrees.... what a joke.
