Quit and work as a contractor. No more eff'ing abuse from managment. Oh wait, that's what they want you to do.
I jumped ship, suggest you do as well, no loyalty save yourself and your family if you have one. Life is better outside Honeywell, just got to s--- it up and make the jump!!
Likely no future, just like HON AERO
