This is the time SWN should consider to sell them. May be they are already in talks to sell them to big one.

Those on the inside might have a different and better view, but many folks at other companies that ive talked too see SWN in a death spiral---- live within cash flow, so no growth, less cash flow, less drilling , less cash flow, etc ... and then that big debt bomb in 2020... Probably can refinance, but leaves little room for growth.

I haven't talked to anyone at sWN lately--- interested in mood. Understand a good uptick with rigs added mid-year, but realization that 2 of the 5 rigs will go away in 2017 has to be a blow...

Generally it should, one of main reasons to be bought out or merge . 20-30% premium -- so even at 12$/ share 25% would be 3 $ add. -- so end the southwestern show with $15 stock....
