WAY TO GO!!! PERFECT!!! Asked what everyone wants to ask.
And to Dave's snarky response on whether your colleagues thought you were the best to ask the question or were the most expendable, report that bastard to HR.

She was right to say something and the way he dismissed her was offensive. I will be surprised if she is still here onsite at MP by the end of the day. I hope someone recorded it on their phone and airs it on You Tube/FB. There is a special place in Hell waiting for Cote and his cohorts.
I don't think he was expecting something so direct and well stated. It summed up how people are feeling. Untrusted. Not cared about. We as employees have some decisions to make. I'm starting to get tired of feeling like a victim. WE NEED TO REMEMBER THAT WE HAVE CHOICES.
I was thinking that question was probably planted by the leadership to get it out there & over with. His snarky response was probably so no one else would ask a question about it.
Are these questions staged so Dave can look all mighty?
Bravo, ma'am!!! We all knew dave would give a typical scumbag response, so no surprise there. This is why listen to any clown halls us mostly a waste of time.
What a great question, brave lady, thank you!!
Well there you have it. Since I don't work with anyone at my site, he wants us to come in to socialize. Bump into each other and shoot the breeze. Who knew they wanted us to socialize all day?
PIP her! Use that WMD!
If she is exited from the company in the next RIF, she should contact her attorney. There is precedence for that type of retaliatory action in Aerospace - and the employee won.
Noted the BS "because we work better when we work together" canned answer, but also noticed how he completely ignored the "How does management plan to rebuild trust" part of the question.
Which is answer enough it itself: Management doesn't plan to rebuild trust.
Which was also shown in his closing remark about how we have so much to look forward to.
Like another layoff followed by a furlough, followed by being sold off, followed by....
I love how he ignored the actual question.
That was such a good question. Thank you
That lady should be the mockingjay of our employee rebellion.
Core trotted out the nonsensical response that the purpose is to promote communication and working together. Because driving 1+ hours each way to sit in a cube on Skype at a location unrelated to the multiple sites one supports really really boosts teamwork. Nice.
Question after her was a guy from Bangalore who asked Côte what his preference in hand moisturizer was when they fluff him
What a courageous lady, eloquent and well delivered, shame the response was such bs
Crap, I got a call right in the middle of it. Can someone post the question she asked....
She asked why employees are being punished by the ban on wfh and increased dental.
Cote responded with asking if her colleagues made her ask the question because she was the bravest or most expendable. The room of lackeys erupted in laughter.
Terminating someone because they question your crappy decisions is hilarious !!!!
What was the question? I missed that too.
SHE NAILED IT!! Regardless of what Dave said in response, she is a hero.
What was asked? I missed it
