I left in June, but the original goal for IOT was $2B by 2017.

Will the cracks finally wake up the BOD and street to the strategy and leadership concerns?

Let's see IoT and modems ramping but with little profits. Smoke and mirrors focused on growth over real margins and profits!

Client continues to drop what is it now 8 straight quarters. No compelling upgrade as VR is a mobile growth thing, Computers and laptops are like your refrigerator you get a new one when the old one fails, or a second one when you get a second home or your kids enter puberty. Will rise with macro economics and the world growth is flat at best!

Server cloud will face the ARMy as their products show up on 10nm this year and 7nm in 2018 Look at the benchmarks of Apple's latest chip to see how good ARM is per watt. Benchmark their die size per performance and watt and intel is way behind! Google, Azure, FB, and others are tired of intel pilfering their profits and will move to ARMy.

Than you got 10nm 1274 attempted ramp. Miracles on miracles will be required as if every good ideas hasn't been explored already! The touched on that in a short blurb and 10nm will be the ruin of the company as they mad all the wrong and arrogant calls his time!

2017 and 2018 will be ugly! Did the market predict the global financial crisis, real estate meltdiwn, or price any company failure prior to it being obvious.

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Cloud computing is killing Intel's enterprise server business. It will go the way of the PC from flat to secular decline in a few quarters. Intel's two main cash cows are currently challenged and this will create a lot of pain for Intel in the next few years. More layoffs are certain, and possibly a company split as well.

INTC guided Q4 down. INTC's Q3 PC chip business was inflated by PC channel inventory increases. In Q4 those channel inventory hikes reverse.

Intel's enterprise business worse than expected. CFO: "we saw some weakness in the enterprise in Q3 & that’s what we’re expecting for Q4"

Intel's enterprise business likely cannibalized by its fast-growing cloud business. End result: INTC's "Data Center" growth rate lowered.
