Do you realize that you are loosing the talent you need to move forward when commodity prices improve? Everyone's tired of the HR department determining taking the very basic things that make this company a great company. One of the things that we used to have was the guarantee that if the company sales we had coushion in the form of a severance to help each person transition to the new company. That kept most of us here through past divestitures. Nothing left to keep us here now it has become just like any other gas company. So now folks are leaving seeking employment with companies that are actually doing things instead of the slow starvation we are experiencing here. Just saying!!!!
