Thread regarding Infosys layoffs

Employees will eventually choose job satisfaction and personal growth over money.

Much has to do with how a particular person/worker is treated by his immediate manager/TL/supervisor.

IT companies should consider this on priority and must keep a closer track to avoid hostile environment in office. Company policies are to be modified keeping general employee welfare not only the managers and consultants.

New Talents will stay if and only if they are given a fair chance to grow. And with 'grow' I indicate personal and professional satisfaction,well treatment, recognition of good work and not undermined at all.

When Indian society is driven primarily thru So called Corruption and So called Education titles a mile long has not credibility. India has to create its own economy and not s--- on others to support their econ.

Why not... wonder how its is coming from a Penny Pincher like Infosys (they pride themselves on underpaying miserably for years)

No no money like Sucm of a thing is for Shareholders... what good it will do to these pesky employees

NEVER accept working a JOB and not consider the money. Work to live, you are not here to slave your existence so others can enjoy theirs.
