It's 👀 safer to be on a high ground.
I chose this particular home for it's safety design and no ground floor accessible windows.
Any attackers that attempt the stairs to my abode will get 💥🔫💣🔪⚔ 💥 from the top of the flight stairs.
When SHTF (it is imminent in the nxt coupl'a weeks) and you're starving/thirsty in a bad situation
- it's a safe cave you'll wish😉😉😊 to escape to
....with all it's emergency preparation supplies.

Stock already below $36 in after hours, down almost 5%. Looks like investors didn't like the Q4 outlook at all ... (and I agree with them)
Luckily I sold most of my stock on the $37-$38 high :-)
