Wipro layoff.. some points to remember

I was with wipro nearly 10yrs.. during the time when TK started to his slaughtering 😀 we were all thought without those extremely critical resources company is going to wind-up shortly.. years passed still we used to hear the same comments from the guys.. ts true that gone are the days.. but let me tell you... Wipro is one of the best company to work with esp for fresher's to build their career extremely strong foundation.. you may not get the colorful college life inside the campus.. it's easy to say change premji then everything will be alright..

Layoffs are part of a cleaning(pruning) purpose else the company may be like Nokia!! If you have confidence and built your foundation strong.. why worry.. the world is full of opportunities..

dear Weep rou - allways weeping about employees salary burden....

your product price are hiked every 3 months by 10 percent minimum and the the weight of the product goes down by 10@ Every 3months making the over hike in rates much as 25-30%

remember you are here making money because Indian society is allowing you to a month boycott of taatta, wee pro - maerwaedi mahindra products will bring you to senses

give up subsidies and tax exemptions and show your strengths - 50 - 100 year old companies not able to make even a modern light bulb economically talking dirt about skill of their own professional senior s who endured a one half decade of IT change and built the teams

well said bro. First Ajim Premji should fire the green tag political people. Almost 70% of the green tag people are good for nothing. Because of them, other good people are also leaving.... 10 yrs so what ..very laughable to see this post ...wipro cut short the employees interest in technology in the name of business requirement.

you may be a graduate engineer but the work they assign us can also be done by a matric fail monkey.
