Wipro should filtered all Green Tag employees, As I came to know, most of the green tag people neither they want to update the new technology or management policy, rather than they are utilizing very old principle.
Also, they are dominating other band people as well.
So my request to the management, please filtered all green tag people.
There are some green tag people, who are really gr8.
For all of you rookies - here is a flash update: PPT and XLS sell work. Had it not been for PPT you would have not have any projects to work on, there would be no clients to work for.

green tags are those old war horses who wag their tails in front of client company so that account does not run away from wipro. there is a huge gap between these green tags & other employees.
technically there are very less people who have indepth knowledge about technology .
learning has taken a halt in every account ..only thing remains get the client work going. meet SLA resolve Incidents & close. go back home come back next day & repeat.some stupid managers are after employees to do micro management lik time spend on floor ..break timings .work done in a day .
it seems wipro is hiring people & keeping them on plump positions who act as if they can run the show but instead they are pulling down the curtains.you just have to sing their tune go out to smoke with them make fun of their contemporaries & you will be promoted to higher position.
Wipro is just the way i said above ...came with lot of dreams but wipro had crushed them in name of business requirement & poor management
I support green tag people are waste in organisation by seeing them we are demotivating.
Who would do the work then? Green Tag = Most Productive
